We typically respond within 2–4 business days. Please include a short description of your question in the subject line.
What to contact us about
- Word list feedback. If you think a player or club name is missing, misspelled, or should be removed, email us with the name, the league, and a brief reason. We review all word list feedback before each weekly update.
- Bug reports. If the game behaves unexpectedly — incorrect color hints, keyboard issues, layout problems on a specific device — describe what you saw and include your browser and device if possible.
- Accessibility issues. We are committed to making Football Wordle accessible to all players. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can fix it.
- Suggestions. New game modes, additional leagues, feature ideas — we welcome all suggestions even if we can't implement everything.
- Advertising enquiries. For advertising-related questions, include "Advertising" in the subject line.
- Press or partnership enquiries. Include "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line.

What we don't offer
Football Wordle is a small independent project. We are not able to:
- Guarantee a specific name will be added to the word list.
- Restore game stats that were lost when a player cleared their browser data.
- Provide an API or data export of our word lists.
- Offer real-time support or a live chat service.
